in stocky and muscle-strong dog. its skull is wide and flat, estimated its ringlet-rod highly. Size: 45-60 cm. Weight: 20-32 kg. Fur: there are a long-haired one and a short-haired hit / monochrome red, black, blue, silver-gray / very rarely is white Chow-Chows.

The Chow-Chow has been popular in China for almost 2000 years. To Europe, the first dogs came however only in the late one in 19. Century.

A very watchful and independent dog.
