Habitat: practically all lowland-areas, where blooming trees appear; marshland, parks, gardens and developed areas.
Habits: nomadically in frequent very big swarms, frequently also with the Australian rainbow Lori (Trichoglossus haemotodus moluccanus); gather conspicuous because of the sounds for itself; Ascents movable around outer offices of the trees; if they are disturbed, it flies away quantity loudly crying; Flight very fast and directly with the fast, flat flaps;
Natural food: Pollen, nectar, flowers, fruits, berries, seeds as well as insects and its larvae; moving in source-eucalyptus-main-trees.
More actively, rather loud parrot and not empfindlilch; Hold not colony recommended; if it enjoys to swim.
