the Siamese is a very old race. it should come from Siam (today Thailand). Old paintings show a cat on ears, face, paws and tail with dark coloring. However, the original Siam-Katzen had a short, penetrated body, round eyes and short, round "apple-heads." The Siam-Katze represents a true beauty with its graceful shape and its strikingly blue eyes. it is regarded as reserved and "arrogant." A frequent prejudice, that can really not be confirmed.
