this easterly short-hair, the full-colored variation of the Siamesen, is a strong one, stylized, from people of created race with siamesischem Körpertyp. The colors originated through the in-crossing of native short-hair-cats, Russian blue, and further races. In the difference to the Siamesen, it has become green short-hair-cats easterly instead of blue eyes. The first animals of this race were Chocolate and were called Havanna. The present-day Havanna-Katzen got another Körpertyp through breeding. It remained only the original colors of the fur and the eyes (see also Havanna-Katzen).

With the fur-color, almost everything is allowed. One can look after the short, fine hair of the orientals quite easily. One, to touch short-hair easterly, is, as one feels a silk-glove on an iron fist. The long, tubular, narrow body is moderate-sized, with fine, slim body-framework and hard muscles. it should feel so solid, as a rock, never allowed to slim, however, or too thin is. Also the legs, that are rear, are long and fine-bony somewhat longer than the front-legs. The feet are oval, fine and dainty. The tail is long, already at the base narrow and lash-like. The wedge-shaped head, which finishes in a tender muzzle, should fit into a long triangle. In the profile, a straight line, without lowering or recovery, of the forehead-middle proceeds as far as to the nose-top and out of the nose-top to the chin-underside. Big, below wide ears complete the triangle formed by the wedge-shaped head. they should be easily to the front inclined. The moderate-sized, almond-shaped, green eyes should be approximately one eye-length of each other off and easily slanted to the nose stands.

it devotes herself to its people with passion and dedication and participates kommunikativ unusually. With an unique voice, it expresses its wishes. If these wishes are granted, it rewards the human being with fidelity and sociableness. However caution against its jealousy! they want included constantly as well whether it now goes therefore to share the bed with the people or to "help" with the housework. They like to retrieve like dogs and can spend hours with it, one piece of zusammengeknülltem paper nachzujagen. they are not gladly alone, not also for a short time, and the company of another cat necessarily needs if they must be left really alone during the day.
